1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan (AI Achiever ₹365/year, AI Genius ₹699/year) comes with a 7-day full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund 100% of the amount.
2. Refunds after 7 days
- Pro-rated refunds are not provided after 7 days of activation.
- If you encounter a billing error, accidental double charge, or technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us — we'll make it right.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year — no immediate downgrade.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@imtihan.ai from the address on your Imtihan AI account.
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (sent in your receipt).
- Mention the reason briefly — it helps us improve.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 3 business daysand typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/UPI provider.
6. Free plan
The AI Starter plan is free forever — no payment, nothing to refund. You can continue using it anytime, even after cancelling a paid plan.
