Terms of Service

You may use Imtihan AI if you are a student, parent, teacher, or guardian. Users under 18 must use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access.

• Question papers and explanations are generated by AI and may contain occasional inaccuracies.
• Always cross-check critical content (especially board-exam preparation) with your textbook or teacher.
• You may use the generated papers for personal practice, classroom use, and non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use Imtihan AI to cheat on real, proctored examinations.
• Scrape, resell, or republish the platform's output at scale without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access other users' accounts.

Paid plans (AI Achiever, AI Genius) are billed annually in INR (₹) and processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. See ourRefund Policy for details.

The Imtihan AI name, logo, software, and UI are owned by us. Content you generate using the platform is yours to use for personal/educational purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@imtihan.ai.

Imtihan AI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
